We ship to addresses within India. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

We offer a 7-day return policy for products in their original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless defective.

The Chesto digital stethoscope comes with a 14-month full replacement warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

During the warranty period, defective units will be replaced with a new device at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To claim warranty service, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
